As stated in the snippet, engage that core! Make sure you are rolling your shoulders back, pulling in those stomach muscles and sitting up as straight as you can!
Breathe! Breathe! Breathe! Remember, it’s just as important to take full deep breathes (in and out) as it is to remain in good posture.
