Rows w/ Bebe!

Hey folks! Gotta love my settings, eh? This is my dads pad 🙂 Rows, a very important (and overlooked) part of our exercise routine. It helps strengthen the upper back and arms. As i said, you *can* use a highchair &/or walker with wheels but since it will probably your first go at this, stick to a Jolly Jumper or regular standing jumper.

Breathe in when pushing out, Breathe out with pulling in.

3 sets of 30. Put the TV on, sit back enjoy your time with your little one! Make exercise fun!:)
