Clean Your GUT!


Hey there ~ Some friendly advice for on-the-go moms and dads. These simple foods/herbs will not only be quick and easy but completely cleansing, too! You will have no idea what you are missing when you are fully cleansed, from top to bottom! Your mood enhances, you have more energy and your thought pattern is more clearer and your memory is as if you had the fresh mind of teen! WOW, right!?

The catch?? Keeping your promise to yourself. Here goes:


Bananas, pears, apples, strawberries, blackberries, grapefruit, oranges, dates, figs, plums and prunes  – A natural super food, will speed up your digestive track in a gentle way.


Broccoli Sprouts, onions, carrots, artichokes, asparagus, cabbage, kale, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, garlic, beet are high in sulphur and fiber which makes an easy way to get the digestion going.

And last but certainly not least BUT THEE most beneficial in cleansing….::::drum roll please::::…. Garlic!!

Yes Garlic is the silent treasure that allows for the good bacteria to fight the bad within our system, thus why we smell (bad) after a heavy garlic-y meal. It means it’s doing the cleansing job right!

So, get up and peeling!
