Standing/walking lunges!!!!

The most beautiful part about having children traveling and being a part of the exercise scene is a fact that you can do all of the three things all in one at one time. Here is short video of me and Elijah doing the demonstration. Remember your toes are pointing forward and your shoulders are rolled back.
This is far from professional settings and that’s my motto! This video was propped up on a tree, thus why it’s a bit difficult to see the entire angle. I am sure you get the picture, though 🙂  I want moms and dads from all over to feel inspired to move, lunge and hike and squat with their little ones from their most mobile universe:)
