Quick Fathers Day Workout

Before eating, drink one 8-10oz glass of room temp water (add apple cider vinegar for extra health and weight loss benefits) or sip organic coffee (I always reach for the coffee right after my water :)) You burn more on an empty stomach!

20 burpees
20 wall squats
20 V sit ups
20 jump squats
29 push ups (any style is fine)

3 rounds and rest 60 seconds after each round.

Then take 5 whole minutes to stretch and breathe, on your bed or a pillow or yoga mat.
