Laundry Day!

A little laundry room exercise, no biggy. Just prop feet up on washer/dryer, hoist yourself on the bench and complete three sets of 15 triceps dips!

For extra fun, standing  lunges are awesome while you wait! C’mon! No excuses, right;)
