Mmmmmm!!! Good morning!!! Nowadays you can use just about anything as a tool for fitness! Take these coffee filters, for example! 🙂

What I did was place my feet on each coffee filter, brought one knee to my chest while the other leg was straight behind me, then brought the other knee to my chest, straightening the other leg. Keep an alternating rhythm for about 30 seconds straight. Rest for 20 seconds, repeat for 30 seconds for a maximum work out time of 5 intense minutes.

Now go brew a strong cup !! 💪☕
