Mind the Pause


I have not forgotten about my status here but I have been ‘up to my knees’ in working out and getting it DONE! Many thanks to all who have been supportive these past 4 weeks, I feel great, hubs notices a difference, parents notice a difference and I’m convinced, completely, that’s it’s possible to get my pre-prego body back!! So, there is my happy dance haha

I’m at my sisters today and can’t get to the gym so here is my routine:

10 min HIIT

1 min burpees
1 min mountain climbers
1 min jump squats
1 min jump rope or high knees
1 min side skis

Repeat 1x

No, I didn’t do these with ease whatsoever, in fact I had to pause and modify these a few times!
Finishing this off with a good 30-45 min vigorous swim later!
