Week 2

As a dedicated week 2 comes to a close, I am seeing vast improvements within myself,  mentally and physically.
My 30 day yoga challenge has only increased my knowledge and,  well,  flexibility. Well done,  me!




Although I haven’t given up alcohol completely,  I have lowered it dramatically,  and that’s what matters;) 😨

This is going to be an exciting journey to my old body and new selfie 😀
