The Treadmill is Your BFF

I hate the treadmill. I need fresh air and scenery of my beautiful circle to get me going!  But when my joints act up or I go too hard,  a mix of incline cardio on the treadmill at 2.0 speed,  is just as effective.


A 20 min at 20 incline will give you the strength training/cardio routine you need for when you switch it up.  And you should know that I’m writing this post from my treadmill  😁

A gallon of distilled or purified water a day, kids!  Don’t forget it!
